Open any email, chat, or document, place your cursor where you want the text, and click the phrase in TextRecall.
It instantly inserts the saved content at the current caret position.

Will my saved phrases stay after restarting the computer?

Yes. All your saved phrases are stored securely on your computer and automatically loaded every time you open TextRecall.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All your phrases are stored locally on your system only. TextRecall doesn’t send or share any data over the internet.

Can I use TextRecall offline?

Absolutely. TextRecall works entirely offline and doesn’t rely on any cloud services.

Does TextRecall run automatically when Windows starts?

You can enable the “Start with Windows” option from the tray menu if you want TextRecall to launch automatically every time you sign in.

Can I open TextRecall quickly without searching for it?

Yes! You can open or close TextRecall with a single click on the tray icon or by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T from anywhere.

Where can I use TextRecall?

You can use it in any app that supports typing — Gmail, Outlook, Word, Notepad, WhatsApp Web, browsers, and more.
Wherever the cursor blinks, TextRecall can paste your saved text.

Can I sort or organize my phrases?

Yes, you can sort your saved phrases alphabetically or by the newest added.
You can also choose single-click or double-click to paste.

Can I transfer my saved phrases to another computer?

Yes! TextRecall includes Import and Export options.
You can easily export all your saved phrases to a file and import them on another computer — perfect for backup or using TextRecall on multiple devices.

Is TextRecall free?

TextRecall is a one-time purchase of $1 on the Microsoft Store.
There are no subscriptions, just a simple lifetime license.

How do I uninstall TextRecall if I no longer need it?

Simply go to Control Panel → Programs → Uninstall a program or use the Microsoft Store to uninstall TextRecall, just like any other Windows app.
