1. Purchases Made via Microsoft Store
If you purchased TextRecall through the Microsoft Store, your order is covered by Microsoft’s refund and cancellation policies.

📌 Note: Microsoft typically processes refund requests within a few business days.
Refund approval and eligibility are determined solely by Microsoft’s policies and criteria.
2. Direct Purchases Outside the Microsoft Store
TextRecall is currently distributed exclusively through the Microsoft Store.
We do not process payments or refunds directly and do not issue license keys.
